which file i need to edit to change "BWCash in "Cash"
the "BlackWar" in "War" (in the lower left)
and "InfinityWar" in "War" when i make a screen?

Technically you can't steal it from Infinitywar because theirs was stolen from Nexon/G1/Dream Execution..

At least he is trying to change it, but no worries, he isn't a potential danger to your server.
His server will be up for like a couple of days and then he will give up because he doesn't know how to maintain it. :)
