Editing client? It's not interest me. Because it not change REAL link rate.
I'm interested in change on my server. Not client!
To do this edit ps_game? If so, how can I do it?

it will.... if you change it in the item.sdata with shstudio and then update the database with the file provided (Item.sql) the link chance will be updated.
It has nothing to do unless you want to change the chance to link at 100% or whatever.

Change it to what you want the base % to be
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and then after saving execute the Item.sql file created by shstudio
