Here are a few things to try:
Running kSRO as an Administrator if you are on Vista/Windows 7
Running kSRO in Windows NT 4.0 SP5 compatibility mode (NOT XP SP2!)
Changing your system locale to Korean
Remember, if you are on XP, make sure you have the Asian language pack installed so that you can view Korean text.

you can also write them. something like this: ㄹㅊㄷ ㅔㅇㅅ ㅇㅈㄴㅊ ㄹㅐ머ㅕ ㅓ녀ㅎ. but is pretty hard until you learn the keyboard layout.
