[problem]Mbot crack download O_O

when i try downloading the crack for the Mbot i get this

i press download (the crack is 1mb+) and all i get is a 10kb,damaged rar file
i close my 2 antiviruses
turned off my fire wall
tried to bride my PC with chocklate
but nothing helps!
it downloads the bot perfectlly but not the cracl\loader!
i dont know what to do its so annoying!
(P.s:im using both Avast! and AVG antiviruses,so maybe im an idiot and dident do somthing right)
(P.s.2:Runing windows xp pro SP3 32bit)

2 antivirus? wtf
Just delete avg , avast still the best and right clic on the avast icon , stop the protection, download the mbot files, put it all in one files and then add exeption in avast for this folder.

Disable antivirus, that's why you can't extract archive because it got blocked.

Deleted AVG completlly,still same problem
i cant even get the crack to download fully,i just get a 10-20kb damaged item
Avast is closed,firewall turned off,what else could it possibly be?!?! god dammit im the only one without a bot help me xD
