3 ways.First of all,get your skylab to level 20.(seprom 18 is enough).Secondly,take the cargo box of the ships you kill.(it may contains large amount of seprom).Thirdly,also seprom are given in the cargo boxes of some gg zeta npc.Hope i help you.

I always made multiple accounts and brought them to sklap lvl 20 (used a skylap bot).
Then I killed them by using different browsers.
I think there is no skylap bot anymore so u'll need some time to get them to lvl 20.
