Well, i have a account in KGC but when i open the game automatically closes after loading screen :ccc I know that is for blocked region and for that i want a IP changer or something for can play :c pls:c or I need use the "IP changer" when i register? :ss

For kGC you need first login ,into the game,To be from a Korean IP.
If you go on YouTube,You'd find many people willing to do this.
one specific user,AidilKun,he/she would ablidge to do this for you.
