I NEED HELP WHIT PORTS PLEASE !!

I No Know My Rooter Id Pw , I Added Ports At Firewall But didint work im can't login in my dekaron still its say , Disconnected From The Server When i click to login my acoount example : user id : sad32 pw : sad12

Hold on a second. So you're saying you added ports to the exceptionlist of your router to play dekaron. If this is a private server then it should be posted in the private server section.
