no-ip? You mean you don't have an IP? It's gonna be hard hosting a server then

no , he mean no-ip program , it makes your ip static , but it don't give ip number , just a name like this ( name.no-ip.biz) ... check it on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] .... i hope we can use this !!
