German PSC Vs. Other PSC

Hey,

So I am looking for somebody who can explain me whats so special on the german PSC then other psc cards don't have. I tried to trade in PSC but they always ask me if its german or not. Could somebody help me with this?

If it's german they can make them to amazon gitfcoupons or payout them to their bankaccount with others they don't can do that

This changes were made because of some new laws processed in Germany.
These 2 law categories restrict paysafecard:
> Anti-Moneylaundring
> "Taschengeldparagraph" (its about the amount of money minors can have access to. Because of this you can not combine paysafecard anymore and can not made any orders above 100� (which were possible by combining paysafecards or using mypaysafecard))
