The pricing is like that cause i used to boost people only from my region, country and since the economical situation here isnt the finest, mostly customers werent able to pay alot, thats why i decided to lower the prices so that this service would be affordable for everyone. Also, i love league, so earning money isnt the only reason of doing this, its also having fun and enjoying the game i love.

Im boosting in Europe West and Europe Nordic/East/Rus/Turkey yet to be checked, but most likely available there as well
