I don't think that sort of functionality exists in the A2/3 executables.

I think the problem is that the executables you have (A2/3 dekaron.exe and dekaronserver.exe) don't have the ability to do what you're asking. The items you're talking about weren't added until later Actions, when the executables were upgraded to allow for that type of functionality.

The only thing you can really do is wait and hope that someone gets the A9 executables working and decides to release them to the public, as they do offer the "item package" functionality you're looking for.
