How to setup a DNS Server?

I have followed the tutorials, and it works fine on my local network.

I also have a Dedicated Server with a Gigabit Uplink, but when I copy the files to the /var/www/html directory, it doesn't work. I can connect to my local network but not the internet.

How can I fix this?

Maybe ur Firewall blocks the outgoing connections ?
