Looking for some mod help regarding a scammer

Well i am new here and dont know how to find the mods , i've been scammed by a "trusted" user and need some help with that

If you paid with paypal, try to chargeback. Otherwise payments like paysafecard cant be refunded. Open a thread on complaint area with proofs and stuff.

its not like that, i know the other guy :P they were trading CS Riven, this 'trusted guy' moved his account onto turkey. randomed went first but code didnt work. end of story

well you should get your facts straight pal , he then continued in saying that he wanted to buy pax tf from me , along with cs thresh and riot singed , which all worked , have proof for pax tf that it worked , also he invents stories on skype on why he cant give me the money and says the refferals need 72 hours to update like wtf? ( refferals were included in the trade agremet ) i know he has the money but he wants to just get the codes for free , stop defending a scamer man , its not nice what he did , i earned those codes

well he scammed me of a few codes , he was supposed to give me money which i know he has but he thinks he can get away with it , also i dont seem to figure it out how to open a complaint : S
