As I understand it,I can not run immediately for example 10 referrals with NHC or am I wrong?

You can, but you need VMs and that is included in the price IIRC.

I can setup all things u need for a small amount. And NHC bot cost €10 I think. U also can look for free bots but tbh I don't think they are stable...

You can just use GI bot for some personal reffs imo

It depends on your computer. CPU, RAM and disc mostly.
