I'm having such a very difficult time with trying to get and use hacks. When my launcher i downloaded trys to launch i get (????) marks. do i need to reinstall 2moons?? or is there something else i need to do?

delete the crashreporter in the 2moons folder, and what launcher are u using?

deleting the crashreporter won't solve your problem, it will just help you not get banned.
When you get the debug window (the ??? window) that means you've edited incorrectly. Re-read the tuts and make sure you do everything correctly

deleting the crasherporter was just an option, its also could be that hes using an CE hack and that crashes him/her

by editing incorrectly, I was also including that you have edited the scripts with the wrong offsets. Sorry for not being clear on that. Make sure that you have correct offsets as well, or it will crash
