Grawlix.nl started from a small server for a few friends. Now not even 24 hours later we found out that we need a few more players.

Server speed: 100x
There are regular gold giveaways. (Nobody or everyone!)
Server is hosted on my own server in The Netherlands.
And ofcourse fair play. :)
