The dude has higher tbm than you. You don't meet the requirments to become an MM. If you want to become an official one you need over 10 tbm then you can post on the "Middleman" section and activate the middle man thingy on settings or whatever. Usually you will need waaaay higher tbm because who the hell wants to use a guy who has lower tbm than the person who requires it?

It doesn't make sense.
