I got banned for 2 weeks on my main account ( Gold 4 ) for the crime of leaving too many games (LeaverBuster).

Now I am searching for a second account because I dont want to get a smurf and to level 'til 30.

I am searching for a lvl 30 account which I could get for 50 € . The League is not so important but I want at least 2 different rune pages ( lvl 30 runes, not those bad ones xD )
