How to add account in MySQL?

Mysql insertion , is ran through things called queries. Well most people use queries (more advanced can add without). Download the attachment , and run the query. To run it open navicat , press f6 , paste then hit enter . Now if your talking about the mysql account to make the mysql light green , that is root , test . I dont suggest changing it
