Reply to packet 1103

Hello guys,
As it says , anyone know the reply to packet 1103?
Suppose to be switch to soul skill but actually nothing worked of all my attempts to find the right reply, that reply which i guess will be the same packet when you go to the NPC to learn the soul skill .

for now i can get it to work but the client must restart or relog .

What patch? Probably the offset changed

1103 changed
the 1103 he is talking about when he change between the skill souls level

when u choose the required one when u close the gui it retuned as its default place
