phBot "Starter Kit" available?

Hey, first of all i want to clear, that i do not mean a trial of the bot or smth.
I´d like to know if there is a way for the bot to get the free stuff for low lvls from the NPC like free MP,HP,Arrows, etc.
I can not find it in the loop settings, but my bot just stops at the NPC at every loop.

You mean, the potion traders free SoS weapons, exp scrolls + movement scrolls? phBot is pretty old, so I doubt they'll have those features. You'll have to do it by hand

As I said, at every Loop my bot stops in front of him, but doesn´t do anything and I think if it stops there, there should be a possibility of it, right?

Better post it on the phbot forum itself, that way you'll get support from the people who made it
