Playing Elsword KR in a different PC

I am playing on a different computer and I already copy my nexon and Elsword folder. I paste them in one folder in Drive D. For some reason, when I hit play on Nexon, it's not recognizing the existing folder that I copied and instead it's starting a new download. I also tried launching it at the website but same thing is happening :(

What will I do to make this work? I cannot read Korean that's why I can't configure the settings.

Nexon register Elsword in Computer Registry.
Old Computer have Elsword KR Registered.
New Computer does not have registered elsword kr.
You must install it new on new PCs
