Magic POP Card?

Plese someone can tell me what are Magic POP Cards, and from where I can get them. Plese.

magic pop card is from Item Mall for 10 Silks and you can use this at lottery to win some good items ;] like suns 10 dgr etc with accound bound..;/ if you didn't win, you get something like elixirs/tickets 1 day / scrolls or Sox Sword 8 dgr ;d i don't know why sword but its only know RIse from Joymax ;p

you can buy it in item mall by silk , im not sure if 10 or 5 silk one. if you buy one , you can go to that magic pop npc next to trader job npc , and you can try your luck. you can win items there

1)go to item mall (F10)
2)expandables
3)Magic pop card (10 silk)
4)Go to people called magic pop and try to win....

Well now with legend 4 you mainly get D9 SOS if you don't get the item of your choice (I got d9 chinese ring sos and d9 euro necklace)

You have somewhere around a 0.5% chance of winning (which would explain why some spend $600 with no win and some pay $5 and win), and when you fail you can get lots of random stuff.

-D9 SOS items - All account-bound
-HP/MP Increase Scrolls
-Random Alchemy Stuff (Elixirs/Lucky/Etc)
-Subscription Card - Doesn't do anything to the best of my knowledge, maybe puts you in a raffle
-Grains

So yea, just so you know, expect your inventory to get clustered with junk if you try a lot to win :)
