Type 120 tells the action scripter to complete the npc. without this your npc dialog will be stored until the 120 type is called.

Personally I always have a set of global actions that's what I call them since they can be used for more than just one action caller.
So I have a list of type 104 (npc avatar) types that range like so:
10400 -> 10499. Each have the following parameters: 0 0 0 -> 0 0 99 (I can't remember the syntax sorry)
And each of these 104 types then point to another action "12000" which is of type 120

So when creating an npc, once I've called their last unique dialog option I call "104XX" or just 12000 if no avatar is required.

Edit:
Also a heads up. You don't need to use "~" on any action other than those that have more than one parameter (separated by spaces). So type 102 you use them, type 101 you don't have to.

when you talk to the npc in your system messages it will stop where you have an error ....
where does it stop?
my guess is here
10729474 4000002 0 102 0 No. 0

maybe try changing the idnext to another one if you are unsure if that one completes ... considering you didnt put the rest of that action there Im guessing that might be the case

also you have a lot of words in the text dialogues before the 102 types ..... if these are too long and there is not enough space for them to fit in the box there may be errors too
