1433 port doesn't even exist at Swsro, Ecsro, or Sjsro.
I mean 1433 does exist, it's MYSQL server, but it's closed.

174.139.5.106 isn't responding on port 1433 (ms-sql-s).

there are some ports that are almost never closed..
