Account safe

Hi, my account has been hacked one month ago, then i changed password and e-mail every week, but the hacker still has access to my acc.
I have e-mail of person, who hacked my acc, i wrote him an e-mail more times, but he is not responding.
Can someone help me please?

But support won't remove it afaik.

I heard about "back doors" in PC, is there any way to close them? I have windows 7.

I scanned my PC with ESET and AVAST antivirus.
