Firstly barely any random access memory is going to be used.
Secondly, the memory of a graphics card doesnt determine performance ATALL. The memory simply allows more data, for larger resolutions. Aswell as that, why did you need to post your graphics card? beside you having no clue about it, it wont improve the speed of the hosting in anyway.
Fourthly, providing you havnt overclocked there is no such thing as a 3.6ghz i7.
Again, talking about something you know nothing about. You said the i7 is x8 the clock speed :l. You clearly dont know that the i7 is quad core with 8 threads, but its a quad CORE processor. Not 4 seperate processors, therefore the clock speed is set across them.
A single core processor isn't half the speed of a dual core anyway, its simply better at multitasking.
I wont question your internet speeds as in alot of places you can get internet that fast, however the downloadspeed compared to upload seems abit unbalanced.
I also write that assuming you actually have those specs, maybe you dont and your just looking for $10 :/. Either way you should go read a book

there's a host 10$ - 50$ rams 256 and 512 , i don't remember the name of the site ... i think bitesite.com or something like that .. google it
