no its imposible....because...the server already knows the value...78/100..lets say....at u will be 100/100..then the next secound will be 77/100...at ur screen it will appear 100/100...till u die or get...all the sp drained...or watever..ur screen will be 100/100:D

the regen is only for shield and energy regen during flight. :/
