is there any hacks/edits so i can spam World chat with?

you can make a very easy program to do that

If by spamming you mean disabling the x amount of seconds you have to wait before using the chat again, then no.

If you're just talking about a bot that says something in World Chat every x second, then go learn AutoIt, it takes like 5-10 lines of code.

You can't disable that you have to wait.

Make a macro, you don`t even need to code. Just record your actions.
