[tSrO] Inspection ?

Is the Server under Inspection or is it me that I cant connect?

And how long will the Inspection be?

You see, if any of you foreign pay attention to the official site, you would see why...

1, Today is Legend 4+ update, where you have 5 hour inspection.
2, Today you need new 1.02 gigabyte client to install to play.
3, Today, the torrent is very slow for this, direct is slower since.
4, Today, all the op codes change, and loader is not updated
5, Today, you will need a new english pk2 edit if you wish to see english characters.

I think that covers it.

If yes, where Can i download it? The Torrents dont work cause i cant download the file for torrent.
