Its a problem the server admins must fix, you, as a player, cant do anything to fix it.

Synk am the only one in the game who have this eror :(
and when itry hotspot shild its work but without hotspot isnt work

Looks like you got blocked outbound firewall ports. I would like to disable firewall. If it doesn't work, please try to change Your IP. It would be banned or the owner of server has blocked IP with Your country.
