You need to dowload the brain.exe I hope you know where to get it.

Look in the Kernel32.dll there you have some Functions for a Memory Write,Read etc.

You have to code it by yourself if you gonna write your hack in Visual Basic, C# or C++. I recommend you start with Visual Basic or C# .

Don't write a hack until you understand how the game works first, or you will have no idea on how to do it.
