[Question]CoEmuv2 video

Yo in this link there is a video on how to setup CoEmu v2. I noticed he's using Visual #C to change the stuff. But the question is, why does he press F5? If I use notepad to do this and don't press F5 will it make a difference?

You should use Microsoft Visual C# to rebuild it, so you can apply the changes!!!

Alright I don't see the difference though.

notepad doesnt have a debug feature, or auto-indent, etc So probably you have lots have errors now and you need microsoft visual c# to debug it or to build the solution

Noob question but important.. How do you open the folder of CoEmuv2 to work on from visual C# express edition?
