why the cdhack of "perfect group cure 2" cant work..?

the skill name is "Perfect Group Cure 2" and it's cdtime is 900000 defult at the server(TaiWan).

i found the cdtime,changed the skill cdtime from 900000 to 1000,

but when i use the skill i cant cure me and my party...aslo no mana lose.the skill bar show i am using the skill but no real effect.

is the cooldown time controled by the server???like the teleport skill, must wait for several hours....why....Orz

you can play kalonline taiwan,try to do the cdhack of perfect group cure2,but need lvl59...
