you can go over 65553 hp or you will get bugged.
you can set you stats to get more hp (rec) or get the gm accs.
/set [GM]Vox rec 28000
(you can use this command for the other stats too)

You can also go into DB (gamedata.dbo.chars) search your toon and set your base stats (str dex rec int wis luc) to a max value of 32768
Keep in mind that even if you have an attack of 160K, you won't hit higher than 65K
