Adding NPC's

So i know how to add NPC's to any map the problem i am having is positioning them just right. is theire any bot or anything out theire that can give me cords with decimal places or i am left at trial and error option?

i know that much but that only give rounded cords x186 y 188 i want to see cords with decimals ex: x185.598 y 188.432 to better position the npc's

I'm having to add NPCs too. You're basically stuck with the trial and error. It may not be dead center where you want it, but if its atleast pretty close, just leave it.
