L2w problem in windows 7

Hello everyone i have this problem with the L2w in my windows 7 i format my pc to windows 7 and my L2w doent work i always take dll errors and when i delete them a new error comes so i am giving you the error message to see and if someone can help it will be very good since windows 7 are very stable i realy whant to keep them
