The account comes with registration e-mail which has the whole communication with Riot support on it (in inbox) + support account. I'm also giving out the e-mail adress security question, which makes You the owner of the e-mail account after You change it to Yours, there is no way for me to get the e-mail back, since it's a free site which doesn't store passwords or IP adresses. Also, there are answers to the Riot account recovery questions in the inbox (from the communication with Riot support).
