help with kings9d

Can't log in gane. Error code 10a01. Can't go to kings9d web page only from mobile. I'm using windows7...
Anyone can help me please?

10a01 error is more commonly known as "ID:10T" error. I hope this helped.

check google but still don't know what to do
atm what i tryed is:
- update hackshield manual
- change energy settings to highest
- added line "8.8.8.8 hs.9dragons.dzogame.com" to host with out ""
and nothing worked

yes ! it never work because "8.8.8.8 hs.9dragons.dzogame.com".

It's "8.8.8.8 hs.9d.dzogame.com" not "8.8.8.8 hs.9dragons.dzogame.com".

I put it wrong here, in host file I put 9d not hs.
Also tryed with your login client and nothing.
Also can't access todo web page with computer, but with mobile works.

edit: isn't there any realation betwen can not conect to kings9d.myvnc.com and characters don't show? but if that was the case I shouldn't be able to use login or introduce PIN right?

hey this error seem strange that i never saw it before. Can you just reinstall OS ? This is not an error about connection and error ecode = 10a01 is Hackshield error.

I did a wipe to my pc when was having the e code 10a01. But before the wipe the characters wasn't showing.

edit: well i found out the problem:
If i use your hshield folder I have 10a01 e code, and if I use the hshield that i updated I can't see my chars.
What i did to update folder was change the ndlauncher for play9d launcher to can update it beacause with the other can't uodate it.. Can you tell me a way to update hs? Tryed manual going to hs folder and using the autoup.

Solved: look like with modified host can't update hs so I replaced all files for original ones changed host before patching, updated hs manual, modified host file and now works.

Bit I'm still having display model not compatible.

Hello, as you can see in the history of our server, official requested to developer that destroy our server by restrict by Hackshield. That hs still working fine and bypassed update. If you update HS, you will not able to login game. As we've test on all OS are working fine and your error may be client has been modified please use original HS folder from our Package.
