Consequences after refunding from Bigpoint?

Hello Darkorbit community,
I'd like to ask you some questions. I bought sth from BP and then refunded that (I payed with Paypal). Paypal charged my card with the refunded amount of money and then I just cashed it out. Now Bigpoint are e-mailing me that I must pay back the money. So, are they able to do sth more serious than 'emailing'? I mean lawyers, judgement and so... Please, I want answers from experienced people, who have already done this before. Do I have to take that onserious or just ignore? :(

I also received these emails - But i never received any letters from BP

The only thing which will stay is a Permanent ban on your account

For me not, one account banned since 2010 and one since 2011

Weird. All accounts, which were banned cause "not paid", were unbanned after 1 year.

My accounts weren't unbanned too :P btw mitko, if paypal already refunded you BP can't do anything because Paypal before refunding someone, checks if can really do it, so don't worry you will just get banned on that account but nothing more ;)

My acc is banned permanently because of that, but i dont care about these emails, just ignore they.

As u see - since long time :D

Maybe your acc gets unbanned depending the amount of money. Its not the same 40€ than 430€, so maybe if its high you dont get unbanned.

That is only late payment fee :P
If i want unban i must pay to collection agency .. and full price xD fuck them
