PayPal Question

I want to know this:

Example:
1. Buyer paid me with PayPal(~100$).
2. I used it to buy another thing with that money on another site(ebay,..)
3. Buyer opens dispute and takes money back.
4. My PayPal balance is in -100$.
5. Will that money be taken from seller I paid another site(Step 2., ebay,..)?

6. Thanks :P

Depending on the severity of the incident, I've heard that PayPal send multiple letters to you informing you of your balance, etc etc.

I didn't ask about it :)

I asked what happens if I use money(from 1#buyer) on another thing, and then 1#buyer open dispute and get money back?

The "another thing" will receive negative amount of money as well. I'd not recommend you to steal from paypal, because paypal's support is really user friendly, and sometimes give you back money even if you did receive your item. (not a scammer accussiation, just saying)

I have a lot of bad experience with paypal. I got a account with over 100€, they banned the account because I havent veriefied it with my bank account (this is just one example). Transfer the money from you pp acc to your bank account and than buy the item.

Still I don't get it. Its like taking credit from bank and then giving that money to another person. Bank won't ask that person to pay that credit, but will ask one who took credit from the bank?
