Permanent ban help?

Hello i need serious help im lost without runescape and making a new account is just so boring!

I sent this to support:
Dear JaGeX,

My account was permanently banned on the 5th of august 2013, at that point my account was in another persons hand (A.K.A Hacked) I finally got my account back a week or so after to find it banned, Permanently for Macroing (Major). I admit i'm not the cleanest of players on the game, i botted here and there when i found something extremely boring that was wrong but i don't believe it is worth a permanent ban! I heard recently you get TWO warnings for botting, i never got any of these i was just thrown into the permanent list.

I sincerely hope we can sort this out, i wouldn't mind that if i was caught botting again, i got permanently banned, i just think i have been wrongly accused of such a big accusation

I have tried multiple times to make new accounts but i cant handle it, they are so boring to start with

FYI there's no chance getting your account back, the only way would be to appeal it somehow. Not many people know how to make a succesfull appeal though.

You just admitted to botting. Your account will remain banned, I guess its best to just start over or purchase a new account.
