Ok, so I'm starting to do my own edits, but I can't seem to change the glow on the 130 blade. All it does is disapeer. I try using GIMP but it gives me and error and won't let me save. I use Paint.net, and that's what makes it not work. I can do actual weapon edits, but not there glows. Please help??
