CSv / CE?!?

Hey i use Ce and with it i cant lure much mobs ( in ce is 99 but isnt 99) i i become dc´s all time

now i have use csv but cant log in to atlantis ( arcadia / divine works atlantis dint work)
and i have big laggs now hm
any one can help me
