build in a Bypass that remove the memory detection or detoure it..

going away from autoit should be the best step. use hardware/software breakpoints to avoid memory changes (may be slow) or use vtable hooks

I think they're talking about Import Address Table Hooks, VTable hooks are something else but you won't need it for bypassing XTrap.
You should learn reversing before thinking about programming a bypass. I'd suggest the lena151 tutorials, good thing to start with. :)
But another hint: Don't mess with the .text section.
