Banned for bot-CARE!!!

Hello
The SM, BM and support game are in the sea, finding boat with bot. They look cyclical movements or the ship responds to attacks.

My account are banned for 2 days. And my account is banned during capricornio map. I donīt understand this....

my friend if u were banned from the BMap well.. it only means that u had something in your boat that you shouldn't have..maybe you had too many vodoo cannons and a friend or someone simply reported you..it happened me too long time ago :)

I heard someone saying something about an invisible ship in bonus maps ,
and maybe it is true that bp is spying our ships everywhere now ,when we collect shineys and when we shoot bonus maps ,
and what willie wortel said may be right , bp is gonna find the ships who use scripts for bot and will ban them,
maybe this ban of 2 days is just a warning who knows,better be careful

What willie wortel said isn't right cuz they need proof to ban you, if you use a scar script the script takes over your computer so they can never say you where not on your computer at the moment unless they are standing right next to your pc, every keystroke of mouseclick your scar script uses could be your keystroke or your mouseclick so they can never say it was a script you where using especially not when you are in your bonusmap. sure they mighty ban you if they think you mighty be using a bot but they can never perm ban you or ban you for a long time, actually they can't even ban you for 2 days but cuz nobody will complain about a 2 day ban they ban you as a warning.

I dont know how it is now, but about 7-8 month ago they banned me for 3 month because they "suspected" I used bug/bot. I did use a bug long time before which I allready got 1 month ban for. Then after that I did not use any bugs or bots whatsoever. But still I got 3 month ban

This was right after when I was fighting some enemies that I believe one of them was admin and got me banned,

When I write to support why I got ban, they tell me something like "We have reason to belive you have used bug/bot. "
And then case closed.

That was basicly it. I could not protest or anything about it but just accept I get 3 month ban again for an old bug that I allready got punished for.

So before, the admins could ban you whenever they wanted and you couldnīt do shit about it but to accept it.

But from what Ive heard now normal admins cant ban ships without authorisation from someone higher up in the latter. But that was from a Epvp:er so can never know if its true or not :P

Bullshit..
If you read the terms of service you will find out that Bigpoint has all right of your virtual property, though they can ban or unban you whenever they want without any reason... And you cant do anything about it. That's one of the reasons I would never ever pay 1 ct to BigPoint.

in summer i was get 7 days ban, i aks support why, they wrote me this: your account online 25 days ago and take glitters, you cant do this without bot program, and bot program not allowed, thats why we close your account.

You've used this "proof" argument several times, which is nonsense. As noted above, the TOS states implicitly that they reserve the right to do whatever they want to your account. They don't need a reason.

As to this "sue them" response, I say go for it. sue them and see what happens. Of course you're going to need a lawyer who will not you laugh you out of his office. BP put some pretty ugly restrictions in the TOS because they know most will not read it when the tick the box agreeing to the terms. I did not, and when I first had issues with they way they handled business, I referenced said TOS to see if I had any recourse. The time and effort it would take to find a loophole in the contract was not worth it. Seriously, you would need a bunch of players who could prove to a court that they were unjustly banned, and start a class-action suit. By the time it actually went to court, you'd have spent far more money on fees than all of the money you've spent on the game.

But yeah, sue 'em.

Well then I don't suppose it's worth my time to write this answer since you think they can do everything they want, just one last thing if you spend even as little as 1 euro to this game they can't ban you without any prove that you violated their terms of agreement, and sure they can ban you on any moment you want BUT they can only do that if the things you do (and when they have proof you are doing it) are in violation with the terms of agreement

Again, they do not need proof. If they so much as suspect you of cheating they can ban you. Seafight is not a democracy, they own it outright and can do as they see fit. There are multiple cases here and on other forums where players got banned for using cheats that were never "proven" in your definition of the term. Just stop with the proof argument, as it is patently false and that has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt.
