[Release] Social Wars Resource Hack

I a programmer and I want to try my luck here :)
I'm using other's tools from here (like vu159951, f00lish, nhattuanbl and more) for a very long time and I wanted to try my luck and start doing tools... :)
I did a tool to Social Wars as an application and not a site..
I made him on 30.11.2013 (My 13 yers Birthday) and I Release it now !!
