Hmm so to anyone that swap deco and/or modify the colour and somehow the skin ..what program do you use ?

u need this to know the Mechs of the decos u want to change from / into

then decrypt CharactorModel.xms

Y'know, people are used to post also virustotal scans :)

Use Noesis from soly's link to see models, use Paint.NET or Photoshop to open *.tga files (textures for deco) .
