ok if you have cheat engine then ill tell you what to do in a sec. Ok if you dont have it the go to cheat engine.com. (i recommend 5.5) okay what you do is open Firefox/iexplorer then you open cheat engine. The when you open it and you see a greenish blueish colour in the corner. Click it then you click whatever browser your using then you start runscape and click speed hack there you go.
