he said maplist.csv too

ur NPC file looks just fine, that is considering you actually have it in the correct folder (data/share/map/07_loa_castle)

but your maplist file is what tells the game where to look, so if you dont have it correct in the maplist file, then its not going to load

with that said, do u have any errors in the dbmon that pop up when the loa map is loading?

there is your problem, if you open that file, look for the Loa line, you will see that no NPC files are defined on that row, hence no NPCs are being loaded for that map.

compare it to other lines in that file and you should be able to add the npc file to it yourself ;)

THE npc_07_loa_castle.csv NOT IS PROBLEM

Open your maplist.csv
and replace this line:

Quote:
7,Loa Castle,loa.map,loa.mol,loa.mel,loa.mac,Map\07_Loa_ Castle\NPC_07_Loa_Castle.csv,2,18,1.7,-70,80,12,50,50,-1.5,0,90,light_loa.txt,water/skyCube_dri=.dds,75,loa.pre,60,17,10,15,0,20,5,1,-0.5,1,1,3,60000,0,1,1,0,1,0,1,0,1,..\Share\Map\07_ Loa_Castle\m007.mal,..\Share\Map\07_Loa_Castle\MON _07_Loa_Castle.csv,..\Share\Map\07_Loa_Castle\NPC_ 07_Loa_Castle.csv,,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,100,Map07_Loa ,0,0,,1,170,0,0,0,0,100,100,0,0,1,1,1,0,200,PC\Lev elCap\Default.csv,0.65,1

Could be a number of issues but if I recall correctly (judging by the other issues in the thread) the dc could be caused by an NPC.

Do you disconnect on a regular character? (non-gm char).

Did you disconnect without the NPCs there?

Could keep asking questions all day but in the end you need to figure out your problem on your own or you won't make it as a dev (yet alone a dev who runs a server, if that's your goal).

well, he could try going to /gm movemap 7 5 5

and see if he loads the map, the try creeping up on each npc until he finds the bad one, of course if he cant go to 5 5 then it may not be an npc at all
